Items purchased from stock: If you are ordering a stock item this will be clearly shown. Stock items can be returned up to 30 days from receipt provided they are in the same condition and all packaging is intact. Refunds will be offered for the purchase price only unless the item is in any way defective in which case a full refund including postage costs will be offered.

Made to Order Item: many of our products are Custom Made and this will be indicated on the item page. We cannot accept returns for custom made items without prior consent from us or if the item is proven to be defective. Any request fro return must be made within 30 days of receipt.
